This is among the top drinks ever to come out of me, if I do say so myself. Inspired by the food that my wife and mother in law cook for special occasions, and by my lifelong love affair with pina coladas.
- 1.5 oz Ancho Reyes Verde
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coco lopez (accept no substitute!)
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/8 oz absinthe
Shake everything up and garnish with some mint and an orange wedge. Drink it. Drink another.
