Drinking in the Public Domain’s second volume is coming, and this time, friends, we’re talkin’ toons.
I don’t want to give away too much just yet, but suffice to say that cartoons and cocktails are both greater than the sum of their parts. Both take something static and give it motion. Both are hobbies of mine.
We’ll be focusing almost exclusively on classic cocktails this time around, centering largely around the mid-19th to mid-20th century. Drinks with some history that don’t require a bunch of fussy infusions and a masters degree in bartending to understand or make. The idea behind Drinking in Public is to demystify drinks, after all.
Before I let you go, did you know that Drinking in Public is on Patreon? And that it’s the only way to get hardcover copies of Drinking in Public? And that you can get handwritten thanks and a mention in the books? Well now you do.
Support if you can, but take advantage of the free digital edition of Drinking in the Public Domain if you can’t!
As the man said: that’s all folks!
